Here is my card for these challenges.  Printed papers are SU; digital image and "something to celebrate" sentiment are Doodle Pantry; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; Spellbinders scalloped circle and large scalloped oval; paper piercing; Martha Stewart border punch; ribbon American Crafts; happy birthday stamp is Studio G; layered Prima and silk flowers; gem flowers; pearl hearts for center of flowers.  TFL
