I saw this ad in the Target flyer recently and WOW did it ever inspire me!! There are so many great elements....shapes and colors that are so FABULOUS.

Challenge #2 - Going Green

This card is not made with recycled items but I had this little Earth Day tag and wanted to make an Earth Day card.

Since next week (Wednesday) April 22nd is Earth Day I would like to challenge you to make a card using only recycled items. That's right everything on the card needs to be from products that you have recycled.....except the card base. Next week I will be posting my card that I made from recycled products.

Challenge #1 - Under & Over

YEAH it's Friday!!! For my #1 challenge I would like to challenge you to do some weaving on a card. There are all sorts of things that can be woven....paper, fabric, ribbon, fiber, etc.
I made a card weaving paper and ribbon together. I just love layering flowers so that is what I did on this card to make a big statement.
This card was made awhile back for a very special friend of mine and is published in a 2008 issue of Ready-Set-Create.
