Here is my card for these challenges.  Printed papers are K&Company and Paper Studio; digital image is Pollycraft and I have done paper piecing on this image; Stickles; Spellbinders ovals; Cuttlebug swirl embossing folder; metallic green brads; ribbon from my collection.  TFL
