Polka Doodles, 365 Cards and Just Cute Bears

Here is my card for the challenges.  Printed paper is DCWV; Sizzix embossed raindrop background; digital image is Bugaboo; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; Glossy Accents on the rain and puddle; sentiment is Studio G; heart gem and ric rac trim from my collection.  TFL
