Midnight Madness, Color Create, Party Time Tuesdays, Pals Paper Arts, Studio 313, Polka Doodles and Die Cuttin' Diva's

Here is my card for these challenges.  Various papers from my scraps; QuicKutz die cut chandlier; vellum for shades on lights; embossed cream color trim is from a wall paper sample;  loose crocheted the twine for the corners; flowers from a RAK; lace, pearls, netting, heart stick pin and clock face button from my collection. TFL
