Here is my card for these challenges.  All papers are Paper Studio; digital image is The Stamping Boutique; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; Spellbinders label die; SU tab punch; stamped sentiment is CTMH; ribbon from my collection; handmade lace and ribbon flower with mini button center and silver cording.  TFL
