Here is my card for the challenges.  Printed paper is DCWV; digital image and tag sentiment are Inktegrity; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; puffy paint on hat; snow sentiment is Robyn's Fetish; embossed with Sizzix folder and Stickles accents; ribbon and brads from my collection.  TFL
