Cupcake Craft Challenge, Picture Perfect Creations, Just Cute Bears, Simon Says Stamps, Scrap It With a Song and Aud Sentiments

Here is my card for these challenges.  Printed paper is DCWV; digital image is Cuddly Buddly; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; Stickles; Spellbinders scalloped circle; Cuttlebug corner die cuts; Martha Stewart border punch; handwritten sentiment.  This card moves as a spinner by moving the entire center circle around and around.  TFL
