Here is my card for the challenges.  Printed paper from my scraps; digital image is Ellephantastic; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; EK Success border punch; ink distressed edges; Cuttlebug die cut balloons with dots embossing; string and ribbon from my collection.  TFL
