Here is my card for the challenges.  Misc. paper scraps and weather forecast from the newspaper a couple of days ago;  digital image is Squigglefly; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; sponged ink distressing around edge and on newspaper; sentiment is Studio G; baubbles from my collection.  TFL
