OCC Weekly Sketch, CRAFT, 365 Cards, Allsorts and Little Red Wagon

Here is my card for these challenges.  Solid color cardstock; decorative scissors for scalloped edge; pearl cotton for whip stitching the edge; layered silk flower with button center; pearl cotton bow; fiber from my collection.  TFL
