Bugaboo Stamps and Totally Paper Crafts

Here is my card for these challenges.  Printed papers are DCWV; digital image is Whimsie Doodles; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; glitter chalk for the sky; Glossy Accents for the puddle and drops; Spellbinders deckled oval; sentiment is Studio G; lace, ribbon chipboard button and epoxy dots from my collection.  TFL
