Here is my card.  Misc. printed papers from my scraps; I did stamp a SU plaid on the dotted paper; digital image is freebie from Kah-Wink-E-Dink; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; Martha Stewart border punch; sentiment is DeJa View; ribbon and balloon sticker from my collection.  TFL
