Here is my card for the challenges.  Printed papers are DCWV; digital image is Bugaboo Stamps; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and OMS; Glossy Accents on the rain drops and puddle; Stickles; Martha Stewart border punch; ribbon from my collection.  TFL
