Everything But the Kitchen Sink, The Play Date Cafe, Hand Full of Stamps and Polka Doodles

Here is my card for these challenges.  Printed paper is DCWV and Paper Studio; Spellbinders oval and scalloped oval; the ladybug and string of hearts are both NEW RELEASES at Simple Doodles; coloring done with Prismacolor pencils and Stickles; google eyes from my collection.  TFL
