Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #36


The challenge at Stamptacular this week was "Let It Shine!" to use bling, sparkle and shine.  Here is my card.  Used silver metallic snowflakes from garland; Stickles; blue and silver sparkle ribbon from my collection; sentiment CTMH.  TFlL
