Crafty Creations #31 and Creative Inspirations #25

I have combined two blog challenges for this one card. Crafty Creations challenge was to use 3 or more decorative patterned papers. Creative Inspirations Wednesday Challenge was to use Blue and Brown.

These printed papers were a RAK from long ago; Stickles to embellish paper and tag; ribbon from my collection; hand written Dream sentiment on tag. TFL
