Here is my card for these two challenges. Printed paper is DCWV; Sizzix die cut clouds for the frosting on the cupcake; hand cut base of cupcake and used crimper for texture; chipboard flower is Greenbrier; sentiment from Joann's; ribbon from my collection. TFL
