Polka Doodles - challenge sketch #2

This week at Polka Doodles we were challenged to use this really great sketch. Here is the sketch.












Here is my card for this sketch. I used some rub ons for the three squares and some twine then layered to Spellbinders Label dies for the sentiment. TFL
